It’s Official!

Conifer Ridge construction is finally complete and we are 100% leased! Welcome to everyone who has just recently moved in. We hope that all of you are enjoying your new homes and have found Conifer Ridge to be a welcoming and comfortable place to call home!

We want to extend a big thank you to everyone for being patient and understanding as we complete the outdoor projects. The landscaping project has taken much longer than anticipated but with only minor landscaping to be done yet, we are happy with the outcome and we hope you are too! We have 2 grilling pavilions on the property. One in the woods between 3080 and 3090 bldgs and one on the service road between 3090 and 3105 bldgs. There will be rules on using the gas grills and we will have those posted in the Resident Guide online as well as at the pavilions once they are completely ready to go in the next week or so. We hope you enjoy using these and everyone can come together here as a community!

The dirt road in between 3090 and 3105 will be paved, however this is a service road only and will be closed to residents. This is a requirement of the city; Employee and service vehicles only will be allowed access to drive on this road.

The last few items to be done are sweeping, paving and striping the parking lots. We will need everyone to move their cars out of the parking lots again to complete this work, we will let you know as soon as the work is scheduled. After that is done we plan on sweeping all of the underground garages again! We know this isn’t convenient but our priority is to have a clean environment as much as possible.

If you store items in the garage it is at your own risk and we aren’t be liable for anything stolen or damaged. If you do store items, they must be directly in front of your car in your assigned parking space, items must not cross the yellow lines into another space, and your car must still fit in your space and not hang out the back.

Additional pet waste stations have been installed on the property. Please use these bags and garbage cans for all pet waste. Otherwise, please use the garbage chutes for pet waste and do not leave it in the common area garbage cans.

The chutes on the end of the hallways are for garbage only. Please take your recyclables down to the garage and use the recycle bins. Please always break down your boxes before putting them in the bins!!

Social Responsibility                                                               

 Here at North Lakes Property Management we feel that it’s important to give back; Give to those in need, give to those who ask for it, and give just because we can. In the month of September we are inviting everyone at Conifer Ridge to give back too!

We will be having a Hygiene and Toiletry Product Drive (lotion, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste/brushes, t.p., etc) to support the North St Paul Food Shelf.

Donation bins will be located in the 3090 (office) lobby. THANK YOU!!!

 Important Dates

9/3/18 Labor Day! Take a break and enjoy relaxing! The office will be closed all day.

Fall ??  The Official Conifer Ridge Grand Opening Party! Date and time TBA. We will be grilling out at the 3105 pavilion! Hot dogs, snacks, cookies, games, raffle drawings, and good company await as we officially welcome everyone in the community to Conifer Ridge!
